End-User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using the Call Next application ("the App"), you agree to be bound by this End-User License Agreement (EULA). If you do not agree to these terms, you may not use the App.

2. User-Generated Content

You are solely responsible for all content (including sessions, messages, profiles, and other materials) that you create, post, upload, or share through the App.

  • You will not post or share content that is offensive, abusive, illegal, obscene, or violates any laws or third-party rights.
  • You will not harass, threaten, or abuse other users.
  • Call Next has a zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive behavior.
  • Call Next reserves the right to remove any content or ban any user who violates these terms, without prior notice.

3. Content Moderation and Reporting

To maintain a safe environment, Call Next provides:

  • A reporting feature allowing users to flag any inappropriate content or behavior.
  • A block feature allowing users to block others from interacting with them.
  • All reported content will be reviewed, and appropriate actions will be taken within 24 hours of the report.

4. Account Deletion

Users can delete their account directly within the App. Upon deletion, all user data will be removed from Call Next's systems in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5. License Grant

Call Next grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal and non-commercial use only.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the App at any time, without notice, if you violate this Agreement.

7. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Call Next disclaims all liability for any loss or damage resulting from your use of the App.

9. Changes to this Agreement
